Each Cargo bike frame is handmade to order from scratch. They're fabricated from aluminium and cromoly at our workshop.  Once fabricated they are taken for paint or powder coat, before finally being returned to us for assembly and then given a thorough road test before a final clean and packaged for delivery.  Each bike comes complete and ready to ride.
